Submitting Your Abstract
To submit an abstract, please click here. You will be re-directed to an online abstract submission site powered by Oxford Abstracts. You will be required to set up a login to this site. It is very important to use the most accurate email address, as this is the primary way in which we will contact you regarding your submission!
After registering your login information, you will receive an email with instructions for submitting your abstract. You MUST use the template provided in this email for your abstract submission, and save as a “.doc” file, or it will be rejected!
There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit as the primary author and/or presenter.
